1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ideaflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. That's it — no fine print surprises.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. What Ideaflow Is

Ideaflow is a video idea generation tool powered by AI. You give us a niche or topic, we give you a list of video ideas — titles, hooks, outlines, and more.

Ideaflow also offers a channel analysis feature that fetches publicly available data from YouTube channels via the YouTube Data API to help tailor idea generation to your content style.

We do our best to make those ideas useful, but we can't guarantee any particular outcome — views, revenue, or viral success. Ideaflow is a creative assistant, not a crystal ball.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Ideaflow only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you won't:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Resell or redistribute Ideaflow's outputs as your own product or service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the service
• Use the service to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content
• Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Provide YouTube channel URLs you own or have authorization to analyze — do not submit channels without permission.
• Use offensive, explicit, or NSFW display names, usernames, or profile information
• Submit inappropriate or harmful content through any input field on the platform
• Attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or interfere with platform data or other users' accounts

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

We reserve the right to restrict access based on technical signals including IP address if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Ideaflow's branding, interface, underlying code, and proprietary content belong to us. You're welcome to use the outputs you generate, but you can't claim ownership of Ideaflow itself.

Your inputs — the niches, topics, and notes you type in — are yours. We don't claim any rights over them. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service. This includes anonymized feedback signals such as idea ratings, which may be used to train and improve our recommendation systems.

5. Subscriptions & Pricing

Ideaflow offers three tiers:

6. Billing & Cancellation

Your subscription is charged at the start of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't cut off your access — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

We don't offer refunds for unused time on a paid period. If something went wrong on our end, reach out and we'll make it right.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ideaflow never stores your payment details directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ideaflow is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time, error-free, or perfectly suited to your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideaflow and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions — arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these Terms of Service
• Using offensive, explicit, or NSFW profile information or display names
• Attempting to tamper with, exploit, or manipulate the platform or other users' accounts
• Generating or attempting to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or usage limits
• Automated abuse, scraping, or any activity that places undue load on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information at signup
• Any other activity that harms the platform, its users, or its integrity

Account bans may be applied at the account level or IP level at our discretion.

Accounts suspended for violations of these Terms will have their active subscription cancelled immediately. Refunds are issued at Ideaflow's discretion. If more than 15 days of the current billing period have elapsed at the time of suspension, no refund will be issued for that period.

You can also delete your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Changes

We're always improving Ideaflow, which means features may change, be removed, or be added over time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice for any significant changes.

We may also discontinue the service entirely. If that happens, we'll notify you and — for paid subscribers — issue a prorated refund for unused time.

10. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ideaflow. If you're under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission, and they must agree to these terms on your behalf.

By using Ideaflow, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.

12. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Ideaflow, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
